Ms. Chapoval Fernandes received her Bachelor's of Arts and Master's of Arts degrees from St. John's University in Queens, New York, her Ph.D. in Sociology from McGill University in Canada, and her Juris Doctor from City University of New York School of Law in Queens in New York. Ms. Chapoval Fernandes is licensed to practice in the entire state of Florida. She is a member of the United States Northern and Middle Districts Courts in Florida. Additionally, Ms. Fernandes is a member of the American Bar Association and Hillsborough County Bar Association.
